Wanting Memories

Nearly a year into my Peace Corps Service, I’ve decided to start a blog. Lately I’ve been realizing how hard it can be to remember even the most unforgettable and important information and experiences. I’ve been “wanting memories” as a source of comfort away from home and a way to connect with family and friends. My hope is that this blog will serve as a bridge between me and all those with whom I’ve shared special memories.

Additionally, “Wanting Memories” is about the future. I’m seeking out new situations, new places, and new people with whom I can share memorable experiences. I hope to fill my blog with thoughts and stories from all over the world. While not every day will be memorable, every day should be worthwhile, working hard towards stronger relationships and meaningful change.
